Back in 1943, our Nonni (grandparents) Michele and Anna began Timperio with the desire to produce an exquisite Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the 100-year-old Gentile Nera olive trees – the “Diamond of Molise” – in Colletorto, Italy.
From our humble beginnings as the first and only olive mill committed to serving the needs of the local community, we have innovated and grown through the years.
Today, Michele and Anna’s sons, Orlando and Fernando, continue the family legacy of producing the most exquisite extra virgin olive oil. We support the livelihoods of local farmers and their families and help them build a brighter future with a state of the art production facility that dramatically improves our service capabilities. Delivering on our Vision
Our passion for extra virgin olive oil is ingrained in our DNA. It has been handed down from our founders’ generation along with their determination to create the finest possible organic olive oil products that are packed with nutrients, unlike other processed (cooking) oil.
We meticulously select only the very best olive fruits and cold-press them within 12 hours of harvesting. That locks in the goodness and extreme high quality, producing the freshest extra virgin olive oil, rich in antioxidants and low in acidity.
This mission is at the core of what we have done since the beginning of our family’s story, and it will continue in the Timperio generations to come.
