2 tbsp Timperio lemon flavoured extra virgin olive oil

Procedure

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.

Mash the avocado with a fork until it is smooth but still slightly chunky.

Add the finely chopped red onion, chopped tomato, lemon-flavoured extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir well to combine.
