Guacamole is a nutrient-packed breakfast option made from wholesome ingredients like ripe avocados and lemon-flavoured extra virgin olive oil. The healthy fats and antioxidants make it a balanced and satisfying breakfast that can keep you energized throughout the day. Spread it on toast or serve it with a boiled egg for a delicious and nutritious breakfast that's easy to make with just a few simple ingredients.


  • 2 qt Ripe avocados

  • 1 qt Small red onion

    Finely chopped

  • 1 qt Medium tomato

    Finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp Timperio lemon flavoured extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 pinch Salt, pepper

    To taste


  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a medium-sized bowl.

  • Mash the avocado with a fork until it is smooth but still slightly chunky.

  • Add the finely chopped red onion, chopped tomato, lemon-flavoured extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Stir well to combine.

  • Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Cover and refrigerate the guacamole for at least 30 minutes before serving.
