A twist of Sicilian lemons meshed with our Gentile Nera olives delivers the Timperio lemon-flavored extra virgin olive oil. Compared to the other four flavored EVOOs (white-truffle, garlic & rosemary, basil, and chilli), the lemon dressing is uniquely created through the meshing of the fruits (lemons and olives), and not by infusing the culinary herb into the extra virgin olive oil.
