REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY

  • We put our best efforts to provide the best-quality products on our website. Please make sure that you have enough information about the products before placing an order for the same.
  • We do not allow cancellation of orders on our website.
  • We allow replacement for products ordered on our website in the following circumstances:
    • If the product delivered to the Customer is not sealed;
    • If the product delivered to the Customer is an expired product thus rendering it unfit for consumption;
    • If the customer has been shipped the wrong order.
  • The customer may make a complaint about the order or the product on the contact number appearing on our website and at info@timperio.co within 24 hours of receiving of the product. Please also provide us with the pictures of the product shipped to you.
  • If the customer fails to make the complaint within 24 hours of receiving the order, the Company shall not be liable for any refunds or replacements;
  • The Company shall consider the complaint of the customer and shall investigate the matter, if the Company is satisfied that the customer has a genuine complaint and that the product cannot be replaced we shall call back the product from the Customer and issue full refund to the customer
