A Shared History
Our story began when Michele and Anna Timperio founded the first olive mill in Colletorto. Using the Gentile Nera olive — known as the “Diamond of Molise” — they set out to produce exquisite extra virgin olive oil for their community.
Today, their sons Orlando and Fernando carry on the tradition, working with local farmers to produce oils that honour our heritage while embracing innovation. With each harvest, we continue to deliver the same dedication to quality that started three generations ago.
