Oftentimes served together with the kaya toast, and a cup of hot tea kop with condensed milk, soft-boiled eggs are one of the most traditional breakfast sets in Singapore. Here's our elevated version of the recipe, with a few drops of our tasty and fragrant truffle flavored extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredients
2 QT CHICKEN EGGS (You can use white or brown chicken eggs.)
250 ML WATER
1.5 TSP DARK SOY SAUCE
1 PINCH SALT (TO TASTE)
1 PINCH GROUND WHITE PEPPER (TO TASTE)
1 TSP TIMPERIO WHITE-TRUFFLE FLAVORED EVOO
Directions
Boil the water.
Place eggs in a pot, pour boiling water over them, cover, and wait for approximately 6 minutes and 30 seconds.
Serve hot immediately with some dark soya sauce, salt, pepper, and Timperio truffle dressing
