Pasta with cream of Baby Spinach is an easy-to-make simple Italian main. Make the best out of it by using fresh ingredients. Easy to make at home, this vegetarian meal is a nutritious and healthy alternative suiting both adults and youngsters.
Ingredients
40 G FRESH BABY SPINACH
1 TBSP TIMPERIO BIO/OLIO
10 G PEELED ALMONDS
15 G GRATED PARMIGIANO REGGIANO DOP
1 QT CLOVE OF GARLIC
20 G RICOTTA CHEESE
90 G SHORT PASTA (Rigatoni, penne, o farfalle)
1 TSP TIMPERIO BASIL FLAVORED EVOO (OPTIONAL)
Directions
Start off the preparation by blending garlic and almonds using a blender. Mix the ingredients for 5 sec.
Now, add the fresh baby spinach leaves and 1 tablespoon of Timperio Organic bio/olio into the blender. Blend for 10 sec.
At this point, add the ricotta, the Parmigiano cheese, and 1 more tablespoon of Timperio organic bio/olio. Blend for 5 sec.
Cook the pasta separately. Once the pasta is ready and "al dente", you can now dress it using the spinach-based sauce you just created.
As a final touch, drizzle over Parmigiano cheese and a few drops of timperio basil flavored EVOO.
